What do Customers think? | Mitrefinch


The Mitrefinch system is very easy to use, the software is very intuitive. It’s incredibly easy to use, and how do I know it’s easy to use? Because I can use it. I’m an old fashioned dinosaur, very much pen and paper person and the transition was totally painless. I’ve used the software for a number of years but I’ve got colleagues who have just come online and they have got up to speed very quickly With very little training and guidance from myself The effect the TMS (Time Management System) has had on the staff and the workforce Is that it is easy for them now to view holiday entitlements, they can view their clock card, to raise any queries in a timely manner The main benefit of the system to my own department is that it is very easy to have a planned roster for the staff that have a regular shifts and then I can see that clearly laid out and i can work out what additional staff I need where It’s also really easy laid out to see holidays coming up and I can plan around that as well and then to keep track of any unauthorised absences Our future is with Mitrefinch going forward we’ve recently installed HR manager, we are now installing gate security with Mitrefinch and looking forward to perhaps installing Flexipay (Payroll) in the future
